It must be so difficult being on the front lines so much, but from what I can see you're doing one heck of a job even if it is mostly on the job training. When is is not? Especially when the job description is cryptic, the skill set often comes later, and the "products" are one of a kind, often disrupting attempts at finding a common approach that works nearly all the time.
